Research posture and validation roadmap
SETPOINTk.ai is an educational and analytical surface. We publish public-safe concepts, definitions, and measurement grammar. Clinical workflows (future) are authenticated, governed, and auditable.
What we publish (public-safe)
- Conceptual definitions (SPI, trajectories, recovery behavior).
- Measurement grammar and interpretation boundaries.
- Aggregate validation summaries (no patient-identifiable data).
- Reproducible methods at a high level (inputs → windows → surface).
What we do not publish
- Individual predictions, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
- Private model weights, proprietary transforms, or raw pipelines.
- Any PHI / patient-identifiable or clinic-identifiable datasets.
- Clinical decision support claims without regulated validation.
Validation roadmap (staged)
- Phase 0: Measurement integrity — data completeness, artifact handling, stability checks.
- Phase 1: Retrospective correlation — compare SPI regimes vs known signals (sleep, activity, recovery).
- Phase 2: Prospective pilot — protocolized collection with audit logging and clear boundaries.
- Phase 3: Multi-site generalization — drift monitoring, subgroup analysis, reproducibility.
Publication format
We separate concept (public pages) from clinical (future authenticated portals). Research updates are published as: (1) brief notes, (2) pilot summaries, and (3) method appendices. Anything that could be interpreted as diagnosis or treatment remains out of scope for this public surface.
Outputs:
- Research Note (public)
- Pilot Summary (public, aggregate)
- Method Appendix (public-safe)
- Clinical Validation Pack (restricted)
